Thank you for shopping with Cardozu. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, where available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipment delays or additional shipping charges may occur. Cardozu is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
